OHH COVID-19

Miami Pandemic Response Fund
As we navigate the global COVID-19 pandemic, the Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau (GMCVB) and Greater Miami and The Beaches Hotel Association (GMBHA) are proud to support the hundreds of thousands of airline, cruise line and travel & tourism employees that are the lifeblood of Miami’s hospitality industry and our economy. Already, Florida hotels and support businesses have cut 400,000 jobs and many more are expected.

We know our partners and co-workers are struggling now and in partnership with United Way of Miami-Dade, Miami Herald/el Nuevo Herald and others, have launched the Miami Pandemic Response Fund to address the short-term impact on vulnerable families and small businesses throughout our community.

The Miami Pandemic Response Fund will support struggling families with emergency needs including rent/mortgage assistance, food, medication and utilities, as well as direct micro-grants to small businesses.
