Venetian Causeway Coastal Cleanup

On the fourth Saturday of every month, volunteers can assist the Causeway staff and beautify this coastal park to keep our ocean ecosystem healthy. Gloves and trash bags will be provided, but volunteers are encouraged to bring their own reusable gloves to reduce waste. Responsibilities and Duties: Removing microplastic and trash along the Green Space Park on Venetian Causeway's shoreline; additional tasks as needed. Community Action Day at Crandon Tennis Center

Every third Thursday of the month, volunteers at the Crandon Tennis Center assist park staff in maintaining the grounds and keeping the tennis center welcoming to visitors. Responsibilities and Duties: Palm frond or invasive vegetation removal, general campus beautification. Qualifications: Volunteers should be comfortable standing or walking outdoors for extended periods of time, and must be able to work independently.
