Every Wednesday from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM, volunteers have the chance to get their hands dirty and make a difference in our garden. Health in the Hood connects communities to health and wellness, providing education, physical fitness classes and healthy eating opportunities for children and families in neighborhoods across Miami. The Health in the Hood Food Distribution serves around 250 families each week. Volunteers are needed to prepare grocery bags for our drive-thru food pantry from 8:30 AM - 11:00 AM every Tuesday and Thursday.
