More than 30 million people have participated in Jumpstart's Read for the Record and this year, you can join the thousands of schools, libraries, organizations, and communities celebrating 20 years of promoting early literacy. Jumpstart's Read for the Record is the world's largest shared reading experience and celebrates and supports children's early language and social-emotional development.
Volunteers will be paired with United Way Center for Excellence in Early Education students and follow a vibrant picture book that introduces young readers to the wonders of gardening while exploring themes of curiosity, discovery, nurturing and growth.
